Platform Usage

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legal contract between you ("Member", "User", or "You") and 678bd ("Company", "We", or "Platform"). This Agreement governs access to and use of the 678bd website, mobile app, and all related services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or simply browsing the 678bd platform, you expressly or implicitly agree to be bound by these terms. This acceptance is final and comprehensive.

678bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be sent via registered email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To use 678bd's services, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the registration date and all subsequent transactions.
• Is an individual registering in their own name — not on behalf of a third party.
• Not included on any list of restricted participants under your local jurisdiction.
• Not currently subject to a self-exclusion, whether self-requested or imposed by 678bd.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) active account at 678bd. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. 678bd carries out a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process that requires you to submit valid identification documents such as a MyKad, passport, or Malaysian driving licence when requested.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless it can be proven to have resulted from a security lapse on the part of 678bd.

678bd supports a variety of payment methods including local bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and others), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and various cryptocurrencies. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Minimum deposit limit: RM 10 for most payment methods. Maximum limits depend on the selected method and your VIP tier.

Withdrawal only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account in your own verified KYC name. 678bd does not process withdrawals to third parties.

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 per transaction.
• Processing time: 1–3 hours for regular members; under 15 minutes for VIP Diamond.
• All withdrawals are subject to standard anti-money laundering checks.
• 678bd reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 678bd are subject to specific terms that will be stated in each respective promotional offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, unless stated otherwise.
• The wagering requirement must be fully met before any withdrawal can be processed from the bonus balance.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account or directly exchanged for cash.
• 678bd reserves the right to forfeit any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit the promotional system.
• Attempts to wager bonuses through low-risk hedging considered abusive are strictly prohibited.

All games offered on the 678bd platform use software from licensed third-party providers and employ a Random Number Generator (RNG) with independent certification. This ensures every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be manipulated.

Game results recorded by the 678bd server system are final. Any discrepancy between the display on a player's device and the server records will be resolved based on the server records.

• Games interrupted due to technical issues on the player's end (internet disruption, battery drain, etc.) are not eligible for automatic refunds.
• In the event of a confirmed technical failure on 678bd's end, all affected bets will be voided and funds returned.
• Wins resulting from technical errors or software bugs are not eligible for payout and will be voided.

Players are required to conduct themselves respectfully toward other players and 678bd staff at all times. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without notice:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tools to play automatically.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system or circumvent the house edge.
• Placing opposing bets (arbitrage betting) using multiple accounts.
• Spreading false information about 678bd on social media platforms or any public channel.
• Using abusive language, making threats, or harassing customer support staff.
• Any activity related to money laundering or financing of illegal activities.

678bd takes the protection of your personal data seriously. All information you provide during registration and use of the platform is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.

In summary, 678bd uses your data for the following purposes: identity verification, transaction processing, customer support, fraud prevention, and marketing communications you have consented to. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for independent marketing purposes.

All data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology during transmission. Data is stored on secure servers with strict access controls and undergoes regular audits.

678bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the player is under 18 years of age.
• False or misleading registration information.
• Activity indicating fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
• Orders or requirements from the relevant authorities.

Alternatively, players may request to close their own account at any time by contacting 678bd customer support. For self-requested closures, any eligible balance will be returned once all necessary reviews are completed.

The 678bd platform is provided "as-is". While we strive to keep the platform running uninterrupted 24/7, we make no absolute guarantees regarding continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

678bd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, business interruption, or data loss.

678bd's total liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the most recent deposit made by that player in the 30 days preceding the arising of the claim.

678bd is committed to a responsible gaming culture. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players stay in control:

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings.
• Betting limit: Set a maximum wagering amount per session.
• Cool-off period: Take a break from your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising will first be resolved through initial-level negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to arbitration, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
